OUR KINDA STORY

Founded on June 25th, 2019, JCA UK was established to keep the spirit of Jamia cricket alive and strengthen the bonds among our alumni. Whether you were a fearsome pace bowler in the '90s or an opening batsman in the 2000s – if you wore the Jamia colours with pride, this is your home in the UK.
Our Mission:
- Reconnect former teammates and rivals.

2019 Cricket World Cup

A shared love for Bangladeshi cricket unites a group of Cricket enthusiasts of Shahjalal Jamia School in UK. What started as informal get-togethers to watch the Bangladesh national team compete in the Cricket World Cup quickly evolved into something far more significant. The strong sense of community and the collective excitement among these fans, many of whom were aspiring cricketers themselves, sparked an idea. From these initial viewing parties, fueled by national pride and a passion for the game, the Jamia Cricketers Association was organically formed.
